Today I logged in, outside a player city on Tat.

I got distracted and had to take care of a RL issue for a second.

During my absence the old man had spawned, spoken to me, I then got attacked by some damn lizards, and he rushed off.

Word of warning, pay attention and make sure you don't engage in combat when he appears.
