has anyone that unlocked post-9 and has NOT done the badges required to become glowy been visited by the old man?

i unlocked post-9. i've not done any of the content badges and have only 2 of the jedi poi's. i've yet to be visited. just wondering if any is in the same boat as me and HAS been paid a visit by the old man.

Yes I have. I unlocked in Pub 9 on 31 profs. Never done any themeparks except jabbas, have very little i nthe way of badges other that profession ones. I got an old man visit this afternoon.
