I got one on dath the second time i died there

lol you dont get them by dieing they are quest rewards from Necrosis and some others.

I got them from dying. If you die on an advanced planet without having cloned, you have a chance of getting a cyborg part (eitherthe right arm, left arm, or the legs). These parts have no enhancements like the rewards, they are just the cyborg parts. Then you have to go to the second level of a med center in one of the major cities (Cnet, Theed, Bestine) and pay to have them removed.

I dunno, i've been on dath for a while and in the process died a couple dozen times...but my character never ends up with one, so for me either the chances are just really low or the creatures here don't feel like ripping my arms and legs off haha.

I died in the warren, cloned, and suddenly had a stupid cybernetic arm. 1k at coronet med center to get my real arm attached. It's important to note that you should get the arm off as soon as possible, because until you do, you can't wear jackets or body armor.
