Of the 4 chars I have checked so far, 2 barely feel anything different, & two feel a surge. The wierd thing is that the two that barely feel anything are older chars & have done twice the professions of the two newer chars that feel the surge. One of the newer ones that feels the surge has never trained or leveled in any skill whatsoever.

All four chars have all POI badges because I did them all as a group, & none of them have any Quest or themepark badges at all. The only difference at all between these chars is the number of professions completed...so why would the one without any training at all & only POI badges feel the surge when others who have all the same POI badges plus multiple profession masteries barely feel anything?
