i got a 2-handed speed +5 yesterday...

from a stormtrooper

my experience on faction oriented npc is 3-5 bonus. unless they are dark troopers which then tend to be 5-7 bonus.


btw i kill 250+ faction oriented an hr since our guild has 3 faction farms so this information is pretty accurate.
