The new system is better then the holos. I dont mind it too much though I only have a surge of the force after about a year and having the very first dead eye badge (shoudl be worth something I think). I have no vett missions but have Jabba's, Imps and both warrens. I think it is mostly theme park badges. After I do Nym's park and if I dont have FS then I might be a little ticked but so far not bad.

How is the new system better than the holos if nobody's experienced it yet? From what I've seen so far it's even worse. I have brand new chars with all the POI's but noprofessions doneat allwho already feel a surge, while others who have multiple professions & all the same POI's done experience barely no change at all.

Maybe that means it isnt all tied to badges "gasp" or professions "gasp again" Perhaps you actually have to just play the game like they have said several times, but then that would just make to much sense.

Yeah, but you're proving my point with this statement. I never play the char that has the surge. It was an alt char that I created & hadn't decided what to do with. I took that char along with 3 others that I played alot & did all the POI's as a group months ago before everyone was doing it. And since then I haven't done anything with that char other than transfer ownership of a house or two, or buy novice in a few starter professions to see what those green droids were all about...that's it.

So,why does that new char deserve to get a surge when there isn't anything the new char has done that the other ones haven't?
