Anyone know what the different /check levels are and what they mean?

i've heard of 2 so far (only been logged in for5 minutes)

and

You barely sense something different about yourself..

Right now people are still discussing about which 'group' is theirs, and why on earth someone with about the same badges as them, has the highest level and they don't.
