Does anyone know what these are for? I've looted the second and third segments. Says they are used to create a device to track downed satellites...

There a quest in the village of Aurillia that asks you to fix something (avoiding spolers here). It's part of the device you need to fix the "thing"

It is used for one of the FS quests. Save it.
