Anyone discover an npc that have a better chance to drop the +20 damage vibro motors? Droidekas maybe ?

Been trying myself, I believe the same ones your killing just have to be lucky and get exceptional ones

Nym's Pirates and Nym's Elite pirates

Get missions for the "Large Nym's Base", and most of the NPCs there have a chance to drop them.

They're not real common though

I have a master fencer/ master weapon smith, and have been looking for these motors off and on. I have only ever found them (High powered Vibro motor +20 max damage) from the Nym npc that spawn in and around Nyms Stronghold. However If you want the top class in vibro weapons you'll need to get a super rare nightsister vibro blade unit off Axkva Min (nightsister queen).
