First you need five players to join, they can be alts if you desire. Then you need a PA hall. All PA halls take 9 lots except for the Tat PA hall which takes 7. Then you go to the guild terminal inside and start your guild. You will need to sponsor members and accept them, assign a leader, and assign priviledges if you wish. Once you have formed the guild you may remove the PA hall and the guild will stay active. But, without a PA hall you will have no terminal and can therefore not accept new members, change leadership, change priviledges, basically you cant do anything. Any PA hall placed by another member of the guild will have a guild terminal and will be active for the guild. Placing new PA halls will not affect current priviledges or leadership. So you can have 1,2, or however many PA halls you want. If you form the guild and pull your PA hall, you can always place another to access the terminal.
