Does anyone know a vendor that sells Brandy? I was able to finally get most of my comp armor suit on after getting mind and health buffed, but I stiff was lacking willpower to get a couple of items put on. Someone told me that if you also drink some brandy, it will give you a little extra mind so you can put on the final pieces of comp armor, is this true?

If you're not on Eclipse use the planetary map to look up a chef vendor. You can also use the player search in the community screen to look up any chefs in the area. Hope this helps.
