does anyone know where can i find such weapons?

why should i spend millions to buy them from others when i ama full combat guy and could get them from myself?

what mobs drop these babyes?

best bet is rancor's, NPC's while they tend to drop more often, Rancors are a LOT easier to kill and find at tis point in time, a swordsmen or rifleman can cut them down in seconds and they drop weirdass stuff, Like Bone armor Bracer (exceptional) or a Dagger with 95-150 Damage lol, stupid stuff, but i have gotten a good mind fire carbine i wasnt certified for once. Just take rancor missions, probably your best bet. My reccomendation too when hunting rancors, have the names of a few Creature handlers and if you come across a Bull Rancor (baby) give one of them a shout cause thats a rare spawn and quite valuable. One of them would love to try and tame that, only reason i say it cause ifound one once and it just so happened a wookie master ch was on dath at the time and he almost popped a load when i told him i found one lol
