Ok, I'm sure this question has been answered a million times here. I tried a search but said server was too busy so here's the question again.
I'm running Windows XP and want to run 2 accounts at the same time on a single computer. How I do dat?

How to play with 2 SWG accounts AT THE SAME TIME on one computer:
First create a file in your default Star Wars Galaxies folder (IE: C:\Program Files\StarWarsGalaxies) called "user.cfg".
Then edit the user.cfg file with notepad. Add the following lines:
[SwgClient]
allowMultipleInstances=TRUE
Save the files and close. Now run your game like normal, and load into the game world. Once your first character is loaded into the world, load SWG again the same way, only login with your other account. The game should load like normal, and depending on your system might play a little slower, but now you have both charecters in!
When in game press the alt + tab key to switch between game clients and your good to go.

well, actually I was wondering how come I didn't see a "2 accounts, 1 computer" thread for maybe... let's say one week.
this question is asked/answered maybe one to five times a week, and this is the threads I see only.
no flame at all tho, the game guides threads go down fast and the search function is messy.
u got your question answered so that's cool
be safe my friend.

If you continue to have problems with it not running properly after you create user.cfg - make sure the file is actually "user.cfg" and not "user.cfg.txt" with the ".txt" extension hidden. Windows likes to automatically append the .txt file extension, and by default it doesnt show it either.
