Where is a good place to go to find dropped seas and loot?

kill the strongest NPC's you can find repeatedly, the stronger the NPC the more likely the SEA to be good. You cant just go kill them for a few hours and expect to get anything though, this requires hours and hours of patient wholesale slaughter. And by the way loot everything, powerful animals can drop loot also.
