Just kill him and /conv with the corpse and it will work. I had to do this myself just last week and that got it to work.

Just kill him and /conv with the corpse and it will work. I had to do this myself just last week and that got it to work.

hahahah you can talk to the dead? Are you John Edwards? Are you serious you can talk to a dead corpse? You gotta love the work SOE does here.. LOL

LOL yeah. I did this mission like 20 times in a row and could not /conv with the slicer without getting aggro at all. I went and tried to raise my thug faction which turned out to be damn near impossible.
Someone on these boards suggested I just kill the slicer and /conv with the corpse hehe. I thought he was nuts but sure enough it worked. Just have to /conv with him before you loot or it won't work.

Ok, I don't know if it's that SOE just "fixed" this or not, but none of these ideas are working. I don't know whats wrong but quite frankly it's pissing me off. I've done this mission at least 20 times, as soon as the courier dies it says to go back too Loam for mission reward, apon talking to Loam i'm told "this is not the correct data pad". WTP!!! i've tried /conv with the courier form 100m away slowly walking closer to him, nothing. I've tried getting agro and then walking away tell he stops spamming /conv, nothing. I've tried killing the little *#%@ and then /conv on the body, NOTHING!!!!!!!! there isn't even a conversation branch from clicking on him. The onlyt hing i can do is kill him and then it says mission complete but Loam obviously disagrees, please if you know a solution that works let me know.
