Should be able to, there are quite a bit of french players on Kauri (US server) and I spent a lot of time on Farstar (european server,,, I am from Ohio USA)

Worse case you could wait for the Japan version in the works

Korea definitely, most likely Japan, probablay China. not sure on other countrys though, not sure which ones do and don't have it.

Yes you will be able to still play in Japan.

I live there now and i play just fine. I get about 250-300 ping

So it isnt that bad either.

As long as you have access to the internet where you are, phone or cable etc you will be able to log in and play. How fast and how well is the question. I play on Naritus but live in London England. I can play my accounts with no problem in the UK andwhen I visit my apartment in Greece.

SOE might not let you connect from certain countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea) - even if you have broadband. I dont know about China (they have limitted MFN trading status).

I know people with broadband in Iraq can connect. I've talked with them online lol
