We're Goin to the Movies! Now Showing...... StarShip Troopers!

Ripchi | Stars End | Lok | Tarquinas

We took a mini-vacation last week (not really I was driving from SD to Texas

arrived safely thanks!) so this week we have a big screen for ya!|

Ripchi's Cineplex is located at 5205, 4457 in the city of Stars End, about 5000 meters east of Nyms Stronghold, Lok, on the Tarquinas Server.

" We spared no expense." The lobby has a concession counter where you can purchase a variety of foods and drinks, and tables where you can wait for your movie to begin seating. The theater is equipped with stadium seating, a state of the art 3D projection system, and unisex restroom. So come on by and enjoy a movie.

Very cool lookin theater! I think the decorations that simulate "real world" places or buildings are the most fun, cuz when you get it "right" it's wayyyy right

Nice job Ripchi!

I love the projector being connected to the ceiling with the staff. I also like how you made the tiered seats on the tables and "steps". Usually when someone makes a false platform all you can do is run into or look up at itit but with thereal stairs behind itthere it actually *feels* like you are up there =)

Wow, I made it into the home show! Glad you all like it. I worked hard on it andam glad to show it off. I especially like tomake the Arachnid leap out of thescreen(using a recursive/move forward 10 macro). It's a nice effect.I have some more pictures of the theater here if you want to see.

Awsome theater! I like how you did the seating, it's really cool.

The screen is pretty neat as well.

Though I want to see some pictures of the bathrooms!

I've been curious how people make them...

Very nice,never seen a theater in SWG before so I must say original idea too. Great placing on the seats and such, looks very cool.

Excellent!It makes me wonder where exactly the bugger is placed....in front of the screen I guess so this pic direction makes it look very realistic.

wow, some people have all the creativity and the drive to do something like this.

Yeah, it's in front of the screen. From the side you can see it coming out of the screen, which is why it's a 3D theater. When I have visitors I have them take a seat and I start up my recursive /move forward 10 macro and have the bug actually leap come out of the screen and move closer and closer to watchers.
