ive seen the spot forthem... but i have no clue what they do or how to make one... anyone?

You go to your profile

Choose macros

Pick a macro number and give it a title

Put in your text for the macro

Submit

Now when you create a message you will get a drop down box that will say Macros. Click it and it will list the titles of the macros you have created. Choose one and then the associated macro text will be pasted into document.

I don't think these are used a lot, but can be used for custom signatures, advertisements you may have, an answer to a common question. etc.

Hmmm. macro option does not work with Fire Fox. only IE. <Sad>
