Thread: Question about the Life Day quest

So I have a newer character on Infinity. And since I couldn't figure out the exact amount of "life" my toon had, I decided to try the quest anyways. Well, I didn't quite have 30 days.
So I figured that I'm now past the 30 days, so I went to try it again. First I went to the wook on Corellia. He just told me thanks for participating. So I went to the waypoint on Endor and they said thanks for playing. WTH? If I attempt the quest before I hit 30 days, then pass the 30 days mark while the quest is still in-game, how do I receive the reward for doing the mission?

Try a different Wookiee?

Thanks for the link. However, that thread ended by asking the same question that I asked. Plus the links in it didn't provide any answers. It looks as thou I'm just assed out then.

I'm thinking it counted you as doing the quest but marked you as ineligible for the reward due to not meeting the character length requirement. Sorry, but I don't think you are going to get a gift. Hope this doesn't damper your Life Day too badly.

Thanks for the one star, but did you try one of the other two life day wookiees besides the one on Corellia as your starting point???

Try a different Wookiee?

well, unlike others who fail once and run to the boards, I've tried everything I can think of. I went to all three wookiee starting points and all three wookiee ending points. I even died at the endor one twice when some big nasties spawned on the waypoint.
So yes, i did try the others. And you're welcome.

I dunno. But perhaps when giving advice, you could make it seem like you're giving advice and not being a smartass?

I guess it's all in how you interpreted it.
I could have said, "Well, chap,it seems to me that since you only mentioned one Wookiee in your message that he might have said, "thanks for playing" because as far as I can tell from your message, it's the same Wookiee you went to the first time you attempted it, therefore you might want to go to one of the other Life Day related Wookiees on another planet as mentioned in the mos recent login screen, since you made no mention of going to more than one Wookiee in your original question."
But I didn't feel like typing that much. I didn't realize my short answer would come off as being smart ass, I was simply trying to help.
