Thread: zicx? bug bomb quest

Hello all was going thruogh the posts the other day and found someone talking about the zycx bug bomb quest. it stated that it started outside a cantina on rori, well there are no npc cantinas in any rori city (player cities yes ) it also stated you needed sarlaac bile to do the quest....is this still in the game? and if it is where do i go to do it?

yes it is, but you only get a standard 5 uses gernade.

Ithorians don't get the suit, tried it the other day...nothing. Can still complete the quest though.

he is actually outside the starport just walkout the starport and hang a right walk down that way and he is on your left in a little cubby hole....you also get a suit the is disease resist +25 i think from someone in wayfar....i still have mine from a long time back dont know if it is still there or not though

Yeah, the suit is supposed to protect you from the Sarlacc, but when I wore mine I still got diseased

Done this quest about 2 weeks ago, got the bug bomb, disease suit and a id badge [ Goru Rainstealer's Calling Card ] in my inventory .
Cool little quest, takes a bit too long though

This Quest Still Works, did it this morning, on January the 1st 2005.

1st Part
NPC Name: Goru Rainstealer
Planet: Rori
City: Narmle
WP: -5430 -2241
Mission Reward: Zicx-Bug Bomb, Goru Rainstealer's Calling Card

Notes:
You talk to Goru he gives you his Goru Rainstealer's Calling Card, then head to Jowir on Tatooine.
2nd Part
NPC Name: Jowir Ar'lensa
Planet: Tatooine
City: Wayfar
WP: -5251 -6551
Mission Reward: Specially Processed Spice, Jar Of Zicx Bugs

Notes:
You talk to Jowir he sends you on a mission, you kill 4 Valarians, include'n the Assassin and loot the Specially Processed Spice. Return & give the Specially Processed Spice to Jowir, he'll give you a Jar Of Zicx Bugs. Now go to the Sarlacc.
3rd Part
NPC Name: Sarlacc "the Great Pit of Carkoon"
Planet: Tatooine
City: -Nil-
WP: -6169, -3387
Mission Reward: Jar of Sarlacc Bile

Notes:
Go toward the Sarlacc, and click on it, and extract some a Jar of Sarlacc Bile. Now return to Goru on Rori.
4th Part
Notes:
Once you arrive back to Goru on Rori, hand him both the Sarlacc Bile & Jar Of Zicx Bugs, from your inventory, then talk to him for your reward, the Zicx-Bug Bomb.

Hehe, I did it before mounts. Had to run from Bestine to Wayfar, then to the Sarlacc, then back.
