i been playing SWG for a while now but inever played a wookiee befor. i recently staerted a wookiee characterand i just wanted ot know somthing.
Why is it so hard to make a bowcaster?
why cant the DEV's make it a newbie weapon for wookiees?
also are wookiees certified to use it if i dont even have marksman?

1 - Because you already have certification for a weapon that is much better than any you'll get in the marksman tree for some time.
2 - Too strong a weapon to just let you have.
3 -Yes they are. You start off with Bowcaster Certification. Trust the Wookiee Pikeman on this.
