Ive got 6 new mails and i can never open my mail

do you have a popup blocker on? or you can try right-clicking your 'new message' link and click 'open in new window' or something...

If you're talking about private messages, just click the little letter icon in the top right corner of the screen. It opens up in a new window, so make sure you have any popup blocking software either disabled or set to exclude these forums so it doesent keep the new window from opening. Also make sure you're using IE6+ (it probably works fine in other browsers, but I haven't tried anything like firebird lately and I know these forums have a few problems with other browsers).

Yes if you have a pop-up blocker it will not open. When I use IE I can open them fine, but if I'm using Mozilla Foxfire which has a built in pop up blocker I cannot open them, and I have also found with other pop upblockers you cannot open them usually.

same thing happened to me, if it says on the lower left hand corner of the screen "error" when u click your mail icon, where it usually says "Done", then go to the top of the page and click on your name, this of course will take u to your Profile. Its weird but u can open mail there. Idk if this hleps but good luck

ive had that happen also, works fine on other comps other than my one at home
