Thread: So NOT cool. SOMEONE (DEVS?) PLEASE HELP.

To All:
I played SWG yesterday (Friday) and logged on today. My Account had expired so I went through the process of renewing my account no problem. I get back into the game today (Saturday) without a hitch, but when I walk into my house...
ALL OF MY VENDORS HAVE DISAPPEARED! VANISHED! GONE!
Along with all of the items I've worked so hard to build up. No E-mail saying vendor has been removed or items have been taken off or withdrawn from selling.
Any information on the subject would be great. PLEASE HELP ME.

posting here doesnt help anything ingame for your personal problems. have to send in a CSR Ticket and explain the story and they will get back to you.

Can you please be more specific? Do I just login and find CSR on the Holo?

1) log into game
2) ctrl+h brings up the Holocron info center
3) down at the bottom there is a option called "Customer Service Ticket" you click on
4) you have to run a search before you can make a ticket, search for "cookie" or something as it doesnt matter
5) once you have searched the option become available to "This search did not help me, let me send a ticket"
6) fill out the ticket form and wait for a CSR to talk to you ingame. if you are not online when they answer then write their response in the ticket and email you that it was responeded to. just go back to the ctrl+h and double click on your open tickets and you can read their response. if you want to talk back just type in it and hit send and they will get your new message.

My Vendors vanished some days ago too and went back after the next server restart.
But you should still send that ticket for the case the are really gone. CSR can check the logs and will help you.
I guess mine where on a party for that time and didn't only tell me

yes i have had this happen also, but with weapons. i bought a weapon off a vendor and once it got to my inventory it *poofed*. so i sent in a ticket and they said wait until tomorrow and contact us again. after server restart is came back into my inventory. sometimes the server is to lagged or something and it knows you have something but it cant load it into game for some reason.

I've calmed down a little now. I filled everything out in game like you said. About how long does it take for a respone?
GOD, I hope I get my inventory back. I had a lot of valuable items up for sale.

depends how long the ticket line is. can be a few hours or the next day. usually not a super long time, 2 days at the most if they are really really busy.

Do they respond on Saturday and Sunday? Or do I have to wait until Monday?

Well, you need to be sure you had enough maintaince in your vendors. I don't know how many times I've thought I've had "an extra couple days" of maintaince in them, then come to find out I actually didn't.
If you're positive you had enough maintaince, then submit a ticket via the Holocron. The CSRs are usually pretty nice, though not always very helpful...
