when you exit he starport in mos eisley you will see all the trainers, walkto the entretainer trainer and turn right .


walk like 30 to 50 m and you will see a building with flags(mos Eisley city hall) there is where the mayor is.

When you talk to the mayor, ask about the professions. He'll send you to various people around Mos Eisley (usually near the trainers)that will grant you the quests.


Keep in mind, though,that they're intended as newbie quests, meant for those with the full suite of novice skills that newbies are granted these days
