I might of imagined these being in the game, but if they are what do they do and where do i get them?

I believe the only cybernetic legs currently in game are those obtained from
dying on an adventure planet, these have no special abilities.

could be obtained, these were bugged however so haven't made it to live yet.

You will have to be a Rebel combatant to complete this quest. If you're an Imp, you have to give up all your piloting skills, your rank, and resign completely to get certed for the cyber legs.
Anyway, after you're a reb combatant go to the higher up balcony of the Theed palace. There's a skeleton there called "corpse of Padme". Open the skeleton and loot "Padme's Diary".
Inspect the diary, and it will add a quest to your journal. Something about the Theed librarian being mad. When you go and talk to the librarian, he has new conversation options.
He tells you about a senator that came to visit Padme during the Clone Wars. This senator checked out a self-help book but never returned it, and owes a mess of late fees.
Go to the Abandoned Rebel base on Dant (you have to be combatant to enter). Talk to Mon Mothma. She denies everything and after the conversation will attack you.
She has a red 1h lightsaber that hits for 3k damage. Still, she's only Master Politician so she is CL1 and easy to kill. After she's dead loot the library book from her corpse and return to the librarian.
The librarian will tell you about another missing book in the Theed starport reactor room. Go to the ticket droid in the starport and he will warp you to an instanced dungeon.
Inside is Darth Maul. Since Obi-Wan cut him in half, he has the robot legs now. He's pretty tough, but he always drops the legs, a deed to his cloaked ship (which is totally invisible and cant be attacked), and a broken meson telescope. Return to the librarian and you also get the "...has ruined Darth Maul's day" badge and a magic library card that can teleport you out of Theed palace.

The legs are somewhere in the Blackscale Compound. Big mob of kermits to kill to getthem though. They are LVL 99 and shoot laser beams out of their eyes.
