Is it just me, or does anyone else get annoyed when they see somone offering 20k credits and as house to join their PC/guild... Its not like hey, we like you, its more like get in so we can increase our city size...

A great benefit of this though is that noobs can get a great jump start with a swoop/cash. Nobody did this when I was a noob, my ass was stuck running missions to buy a swoop

Maybe an ok to run a city, but to run a guild. You don't get the best kinds of people that way. One city on my server offering a free house, swoop, and 100K if you stay for a month. Only bothers me cause they spam up Coronet.
