What is best for these weapons, speed or damage ?

-Laser Carbine

-DXR6 Carbine

-Scatter Pistol

-Ligth Ligthning Cannon

If you mean on the weapon itself, they are experimented at the same time. High Dmg will have high speed. high speed will have high dmg. If you mean for a slice, its 50/50. If you mean skill tapes, just cap out speed, if you can.

I know it doesn't answer your question, but it really depends on your level. I always went for speed on weapons while I was leveling them until I got enough speed mods to get near the cap using a damage sliced weapon. There are some damage per second tools out there that will tell you which is better for your particular level, just do a search for them on the forums.

damage because you use the weapon less for the same total dps and therefore less ham is lost in specials
