Hello. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a Quest associated with Cas Vankoo. He's a Level 80 double elite NPC in Kimogilia Town on Lok.

I'd like to know this too...since he decided to start firing at me and my brother while we were taking out the GDK that spawns right by him.

Aye. Both times he spawned he almost instantly started attacking me.

No he's just the crazy man that uses the GDK as a pet and will almost always attack with it.
