Hey guys, I have a friend in another country who would like to try SWG but doesn't know anyone that has it. I told him there was a 14-day trial but apparently it's no longer valid. I was just wondering if there were any plans to release a new 14-day trial? Devs?

They should. The 14-day trial from June 2004 hooked me in, and a few of the friends I have came from that period too.

Great way to let some potential customers see how cool SWG can be.

My advice is to let a couple of bug patches kick in before doing it though.

A new 14 day trial would certainly be a good way to get some new players in here, I for one already know 2 individuals who would most likely join if there was another 14 day trial

Take note LucasArts marketing team! People desire a new 14-day trial! Though I agree that some more bug fixing should be done first

A 14 day trail would be a great way to see how well the game ran on his computer and what upgrades he might need, cuz it's nothing compared to mine.

They indeed should put it in game again. It was the way i came in this game. People who dont know the game and rnt diehard star wars fans might come sooner to the game if they could try it for free for 2 weeks

Whoa Marketing does bug fixes. Well that explains Alot. Would not be as hard as Simply Activating what they had before. no patch or anything.
