Too many colors that just dont match.... IT BURNS!!!

Does anyone know the new ranking system now? I have seen Pilot, Elder, Advocate, leader is there a list anywhere with all the the order of them?

lol I think the colours are great, at least its brings life into the forums now lol, instead of having dull and dismal colours...
