Hi need something sorted out.

If i have a tape with +9 accuracy and +5 something else and put it in armor the +9 will stick right?

and then if I have another tape with +8 accuracy and +5 something else, and put it into the same piece of armor, will the +8 be overruled by the +9 and then the +5 to something else will be added to the item, right?

if not please explain to me what happens
