The plant has three growth stages that all look different. After it reaches the largest (third) stage it will begin to bear fruit. Each fruit will take about the same time to grow as was each growth stage.

The number of fruit on the plant appear in the examine window but do not change the appearance of the plant.

With the recent ripple in the force the fruit have been touched by the dark side. They may still have magic properties, but bothcausual observation of their properties and rumors indicate that these affects might be deadly. Some even say they may turn you directly to the dark side. Others claim that they areresponsible for the unusual quiet in the major cities. Please see posts about the current properties of Aurellian Fruit if you don't believe the rumors are true. We recommend that you wear protective clothing if you decide to pick any of the fruit until a remedy is found.

i've had my plant for over 6 monthsnow. Grewit from small to large and it is in prefect condition. It hasnt grown any fruit since it hit perfect condition 6 weeks ago. I think my plant is a dud or bugged any help?

Also a previous poster asked about growth rate none. Growth rate none is actually the slowest positive growth rate. very slow is slightly faster than none. Bottom line is that even at growth rate none you will get positive growth. For instance if your plant was at near death and you found a growth rate of none it would eventually achieve perfect condition at that growth rate. It would also take a loooong time.

My plant I've tried close to 80 different combinations so far and the fastest 2 combinations only provide a growth rate of very slow.

Large Aurilian Plant:

condition: perfect

growth rate: very slow

nutrient level: fallow +1

water level: very wet +1

Anyone having trouble getting the growth right now since the CU? I had the right combination before the CU and now it has changed and I can' get it right...It's like the water and nutrients are doubling up when adding them...

Okay this guide been awesome with helping me get my plant going.

I had a couple of questions for some of the people if they are still around...

Cytos, you think it's possible to get a hold of your Excel sheet?

And SaliorGalaxia did you ever make that program that keeps track of the plant history? because if you did man, that would be awesome.

I'm thinking about making a farm, lol.

I have a question to see if anyone can help me.

I have a Master Medic/Master Combat Medic and am trying to do this village quest..

I have tryed every type of component mixture (high to low low quality) and never once been able to cure the most seroius symptom.. I have copper that is 999 quality and Floral that is 957 quality. When experimenting I have gotten the first component up to 67% and not once been able to cure someone.

I have tryed over 400 different times and combinations. How do you cure it, or is there a bug that youhave to be a doctor but still get the quest as a CM?

No it won't, you need master medic to get the quest or she won't talk to you, in reply to the other poster who's a CM it's even worse than needing Doc, you need BE 0004 to get enough experimentation points to do it, I just had to drop all but one box of pistoleer to free up enough skill points to do this stinking quest but I have finally, after much moaning about the lack of force-sensitive BE's on naritus, finished it & got me a plant

Quick recap - to get the quest you need master medic, otherwise the lady wont even talk to you, to complete it you'll need Bio-engineer 0004 or you wont be able to craft the high-end meds, you CAN buy the meds off a BE who's doing the quest but this is hard as they only get the schematic whilst they are doing it (mine's just disappeared as soon as I finished), the schematic's non-tradeable so you can't take it to a BE & ask them to make them.

If anyone's got any questions on exactly how to finish this quest now & get your plant then drop me a PM or mail me ingame, I've just spent 3 weeks reading every scrap of info thats been on the forums trying to get me my damn plant & I'll be happy to answer any questions.

Be warned, most of my answers will probably end up being 'you'll have to take Bio-engineer 0004', if it's any consolation I've just had to take the 25-level hit myself

Oh & the necklace doesnt do CM experimentation any more it's healing effectiveness or something +5, a working mod (not the busted mod on the healing FS tree or busted CM crafting)

Yes, the fruit stats are still messed up and have been that way since the cu went live. The stats are a very large multidigit negative number. Even if the fruits were functional there would not be much advantage to using them over a stim pack since they would just heal Health by 1000.

Prior to the cu, the fruits healed all stats (Health, Action, Mind) by 1000 points. The reason the fruit was valuable is that there was no other mechanism to quickly heal mind in combat.

If you are growing a plant at this timeI would consider it a very finicky house decoration. Even if the fruits are patched and made functional again they will have little value unless their function is changed. The only thing I can imagine that would be appropriate for the fruit is for it to heal the force bar and if that was allowed it would probably end up being unbalancing.
