Not quite. It won't be almost exactly like the movie until Darth Vader is dead, the Emperor has been defeated, Han and Leia get together, and there are NO MORE IMPS.

Only Tatooine and Dantooine quests have been touched wait to do other planet missions besides theme parks

This takes place between ANH and ESB...there supposed to be alot of imps... This isnt Star Wars: The Peaceful Years, its Star Wars: The Empire wants to make you its **edit**... Id be complaining more about the number of jedi over the number of Imps...

Can't you still loot them off of Tuskens?
I think you can get the gloves, bandolier, and boots but not the robe or helmet.

Just did the missiond for the scythe schematic and I'll let u know you dont need swordsman skills to get the mission. I'm not and I got the scythe schematic. 
note : be quick and get it out of the treasure box!

i know the helmet can be looted, but the robe i know you cant loot i got it from a mission

Ive looted full suits of Tusken clothing, helm, robe, bandolier, boots, gloves, rifle, everything...though not recently, it may have changed, but last time I played in august you could loot it all.

I got the exact same thing as you but instead of the Rancor teeth I got some pretty nice Advanced Pistol Barrels and instead of the Ad Poster I got a Piece to a Blaster.

Yup. The A Rare Artifacts are now dropping off (a scientist) missions. Scientists seem to be fixed finally! Sweeet.
Got two A Recorded Image and one A Rare Artifact. I'd go finish the loop and see what else they drop now, but I've paintings to collect!

actually darth vader is not dead, the emperor is not defeated, han and leia are not together, and guess what, the imps are dominating in this time period

Re-did Jabba's quest as well and got the following:
6 High Caliber Projectitle Pistol Barrel, Mabari Steelweave Helmet, Advertisement, Crafter Apron Schematic, Gamorrean Battleaxe, Exquiste Dancer's Leotard Schematic & Featherweight FWG5 Pistol Schematic.
