I put in a ticket regarding the incorrect days beingdisplayed and my response was as follows..

Not only does he give me an irrelevant answer, but healsospams my gmailand then tells me logging into the gamein is an error. woot!

OK, so I typed this and instead of giving me 309 days, it gives me 133 days.
Wassup with that?
I cant claim my SoroSuub either!

That's what happens when you outsource CS to another country (hint SOE: take a look at your representation here).

I think that all the folks who were able to logon too JTL a day early should have thier accounts rolled back to the release day. For them to logon the day it loaded was an unfair advantage to everyone else that pays hard earned money to play swg.
Also the so called " Flash Speeder" is a joke, a speeder is just as fast! You would think a reward should be better than an AV-21, but its not!
My realistic $14.00 per month ideas!

Mine also gives me a number of days waaay less than I have actually played. Very aggravating... everyone elses sorosubs sure do look cool. thanks for making me feel left out =(. Been playing since march (begining of) and says i have 163 days. Lame!!

As we've all seen recently, alot and I really mean a whole lot of players didn't get their Veteran Reward.
Ive been actively playing SWG since November 25th 2003, which is almost a year now, but still i only qualify for a 90 day Reward!? Can you give us an update on whats going on, and how long it will take ti fix this.

I also am a long time player who is cursed with the 163 days crap....

I show 404 days but the Claim Veteran Reward command only gives me the 180 day one.

Well, the best I can figure, this is yes, another misleading ploy by SOE. The best I can tell their time calculation come from total amount of time logged into game. You must have been logged in for 180 days... 4320 hours of game time. Since I have been playing since March 2004, and that is, in RL time, 240 days, or 5760 hours ago I first logged into SWG.
Well, forget this, there is always Eq2.

I'm playing since December 2003, my account was always open (without break)
The command /getveterantime say 164 days... You can see, several number of "vet'" players have this matter
Help us quickly please !

Thunderheart a question,but if i take now the mistake reward i can take my correct reward after when SOE correct the bug?

I remembered saying pretty much the same things but I got one starred by a bunch of noobs who liked the fact that the veteran reward was anything but.
