Experimentation doesn't do anything for these. Use your spare junk resources and don't bother experimenting.

Thank you for this tip. I REALLY wish I had known this last night. Now I need another agitator motor schematic and have another go.

Anyone knows which of the Binayres that drops blue wire? 3 hours of missions and not a single one... got this strange feeling that i might be taking the wrong missions...?

I can confirm that all spinner blades I've looted yet (9 pieces so far) were from "Hidden Dagger Activists". If you take missions for Hidden Daggers stick to the missions that pay arround 2.3K as they spawn 2 activists normally. The missions that pay morehave less or no activists at all.

As far as I can tell, it only falls on Hooligans, and they are a very rare drop. You'll be doing good to get one in about 100 kills. I have spent an inordnant about of time killing them the last week and have collect a grand total of nine blue wires.

Ughh, after hours and hours of hunting for blue wires I found a static spawn of Hooligans outside dearic... oh well.
Finally, I have completed my full set of recyclers, hurray!

It's one of the static spawns arround Dearic. There are a couple places arround Dearic which spawn static mob. On Scylla there are Hooligans at -140 -2883 atm. This is different on each server and changes with each server maintenance cycle. Just cruise arround Dearic in consecutive circles. If you don't find any Hooligans check again after the next server maintenance.

We only get Chunkers as static spawns outside the Talus NPC cities... anyone know which camps actually has these hooligans in them, cause i've yet to see a Hooligan.

In my 2 weeks looking, I have only found one blue wire, and I think that was from a medium camp mission. I wasn't in a group and this was what I pulled up.
I still haven't found chunkers, or hidden daggers, not too sure how to go about getting missions for them as I've tried the high end missions but they aren't listed and I can't get anything lower than unarmed, even with a flamethrower equiped.
I've also been on the look out for corsairs and I've killed all that I have seen and I haven't gotten anything off of them except generic wire, and I've killed the full spectrum of corsairs, from missions to spawns, and upto and including captains, but when I goto the camp it is empty and nothing spawns there.

I picked up my heating elements from the bynaire bunker, they were just in the room before the boss. I must have cleared it out about 20 times before I got all 4 that I need.
