Otawa which you say appears too Japanese, is in fact the name of a Native American tribe in Kansas. Just FYI... it may also be Japanese for all I know. I know little about the Japanese.

Hi I just came upon this topic last night. I made the mistake of attempting to read it all! After the first 9 pages I was down to skimming all but your posts (Riis), after 14 pages I was also skimming yours reading only what jumped out at me, and after 33 the idea of even just skimming throe the rest was well overwhelming. Therefore, I decided to just mark entire topic it as "read" and post.
My character is a human male named "Tarnak Archvold" and is a imperial bio-Engineer.

Tarnak is a random generated name. I generated it my self a long time ago, with a program that spit out "names" consisted of 1 to 3 syllables (that was random generated). I made the program show out 30 at the time on the screen and word down the ones I liked... and then suddenly after 5 pages I spit out Tarnak. I liked it so I chose it for the test charter I was making in another MMO... 2 weeks later Tarnak was my main character

Archvold is from a name generator on a SW:G site. I am not totally satisfied with it name my self but could not come up with something better. So if you have time could you give some advice on what kind of last name would go good to Tarnak?

(For extra credit, Dite Adamantite was the name of my warrior on EQ, I actually spent a long time coming up with her name and in several years of playing only 2 people caught on with the meaning... One a guide and the other a fellow the player. The guide let it go because no one but a OED lover would get it. For the record she was a barbarian warrior, but her class and race was irrelevant to her name.)
