Haldo only spawns for a length of time. I'm not sure how long that is. But once you talk to him, to get the first part of the quest, which is to get the sickness cure you can always talk to the miner after you get that cure and he will respawn haldo.

I know there is a timer on the pump room as well, butI don't remember what it is. I've never failed that part but I know others that have.

Ah ok. So it probably could be done in separate trips. Thanks for the info!

Absolutely it can be done in separate trips... you simply have to finish the immediate "assignment" within the time limit. You can leave with Haldo's cure and come back another time to heal him... but in that case you usually have to speak to the Foreman to respawn Haldo first. You can alsoleave the bunker with the dirty battery and get it cleaned on the next trip. You can also leave with the clean battery and deliver it to the Foreman on a separate trip. Finally, you can set the pumps to green and leave (or die, as my team did right after) and come back another time to speak to the Foreman who will confirm you were successful and award you the Alum Minerals.

TheRebel Quest is found by talking to Lutin Nightstalkerin Coronet. Lutin can be found straight out from the front of the Capitol Building steps, behind a fountain: waypoint (-213, -4445). You need to beRebel Combatantto get the mission, so beware of Stormtroopers in the vicinity. Once you have taken the mission, you can go on leave without loosing the mission. For the Rebel quest, the person you need to talk to inside the bunker to complete it is at Mappoint 29. The reward is a small amount of faction points, I believe.

The reward is 487 credits. Period. No faction points, no badge, no nice souveneir or piece of rebel loot. 487 lousy credits. I wasn't expecting a million-billion credits or some piece of supper leet uber loot, but 487 credits felt like a slap on the face after what I went through to get there.

I know this probably isnt the right thread for this but I'll give it a shot...I just wanted to know if anyone on BRIA is willing to sell some alum minerals or the binary liquid and the protective liquid one also for the mando craft. Sorry to interupt the thread with this but it looks like alot of the people that would have these items are posting in here. Thanks alot

That's a relief. That should make it a little more managable. Maybe not by much...

Thanks!

I did the alum quest in 3 seperate trips.

Trip 1: Talked to Foreman then to Haldo to get quest

Trip 2: Got alum sickness cure and gave it to haldo who gave me the battery in return, took it back to Foreman

Trip 3: Got battery cleaned, returned it to Foreman, did the water pumps, back to foreman.

That helps save the amount of backtracking you need to do in one trip.

Another question...is there any reason mulitple people can't do the quest at the same time but at different stages? For example, if I'm ready to do Trip 2, could my buddy do Trip 1 during the same visit? I'm not sure if anyone's tried this or if it's even practical.

Thanks again!

Each time a different person talks to the foreman it will spawn a new haldo for them to talk to, so in theory its possible to be at diff stages, just gotta get the right haldo. This is untested though.

Its very possible to do it in one shot. Think about it, once youre in the mines all doors are unlocked and the bunker is much easier to go through, you only need to worry about the odd SBD, no fenri dalso fight or anything, so Id recommend you try and do it in one shot unless the group is too tired by that point.

Well if you take 2 groups down in the bunker you can get to the mines in 2 hours (give or take 30 mins depending on group)unlocking the doors as you go.

Getting the alum cure would take about 15-20 mins, then back to Haldo so another 15-20 mins, to Foreman then back to begining so about 25 minutes, back to foreman 15-20 minutes, to water pumps and back 15-25 minutes depending on how long it takes you and 10 minutes to get back to foreman.

So roughly 4 hours or so, too many variables to be more specific then that

Yeah, you're probably right about doing it all at once. I'm worried that I won't be able to keep my group's attention for that long. On average, how long does it take to accomplish the quest, from entering the dwb to getting the minerals? Just a guess would work. Thanks.

i havefew more questions if anybody wants to take pity on me and answer them

are you guys using paralyze or concussion shot on any of theadditionals mob's that get pulled? or is there a better way to deal with this? (besides not pulling the add's )

this is kind of a general group question i guess...do dmg dealers have to pace themselves to avoid pulling agro from the tanks? or is there a better strategy for handling this?

Thanks again.

Paralyze works awesome in the dwb. We use it all the time if a few to many mobs get aggroed and we need the extra time to take em out. So yeah it is a big help.
