This is a good line from the Emperor, "As you can see, my young apprentice, your friends have failed. Now witness the firepower of this fully armed and operational battle station. (into comlink) Fire at will, Commander."
Another couple of good lines from the Emperor, "Everything that has transpired has done so according to my design. (indicates Endor)

I always wondered what he was saying there. It sounded like Centuri Moon. Which always confused me. It's referred to as "the forest moon of Endor". I always wondered was the moon called Endor? Or was the moon called Centuri and the planet called Endor? For the record, both the moon and planet are called Endor, but until now I still didn't know what the Emperor was talking about when he said "sanctuary moon." Thanks

Theres some great quotes in here. However, I am stunned that nobody has recounted 2 from the man himself, the power behind the galaxy, the all powerful, Emperor.
Emperor: "Only now...at the end...do you truly understand the power of the dark side".
and
Emperor: "...and now young Skywalker....you will die".
