Nox, I too am a collector, and as a collector you have to either remain neutral, playing to whichever side at the moment has an item you want, or choose a side and lose out on all those items. You can still choose a side and buy the items.

He's a "herald", one of the NPCs that dot the landscape to point out points of interest to people. His sole job is to give you coordinates for some place to go, no mission or anything like that.

You can't miss Kitster, here's how:

Head into Espa and pass the Vehicle Garage on the right side.

There is an entry straight across from it (if garage is still on your right then it's to the left,) and normally a rather nasty Squill at times.

Kitster is right inside the entryway. Sometimes his home has a large city rat in it as well.

ok i found kitster but i cant seem to find the guy that gives the bol skull mission. does anyone know the guys name or where exactly (coords) he is?

ive heard that there were quite a few new paintings you could get. does anyone know where to go and who to talk to to get these paintings. the only one ive been able to find and get so far is this one:

Bestine -1134 -3910 (Pfilbee Jhorn, in the little house near the Recruiter up on the hill)

Standing with Kit to your left and the Vehicle Garage to the front of you...

He is up and to the left and around that area just a bit. His name is Mat Rags. Just run a bit and keep typing /target Mat...you'll find him.
