After reading this threed and others, thats when I ran around all night long to get the rest of the POI badges and did not have an FSR change even after getnig all the Jedi POIs.

Now, lets look at my wifes toon.

For those who have not read my second post to this threed on page 3, please do so, so that you can see the progression. When I posted last night, my wifes toon was on Corellia, and I was about to start geting the rest of the POI badges from there. Here now is the continueing journal of progression:

Rebel Outpost - Status check: still at Faint sense of the force

Agrilate Swamp - Status check: no change

Rouge Corsec Base - Status check: no change

Theater on Verini Island - Status check: no change

Ported to Dantooin

Dantari Lake Village - Status check: no change

Dantari Stone Village - Status check: no change

Abandond Rebel Base - Status check: no change

Jedi Temple Ruins - Status check: no change

Log, went to bed, got up, and decided to Port to Yavin. At this point, I made the decision to do the Exar Kun Temple first, to see if things would change, after geting all 3 Jedi POIs, here is the results of my Yavin badges:

Temple of Exar Kun Status check: Status raised to: You feel a Surge of the Force with in you. Obtaining this badge result in also obtaining the Badge Collector 25 Badges and the Journyman Explore 20 Badges badge

Woolamander Temple - Status check: no change

Blue Leaf Temple - Status check: no change

As you can see, there is an intresting development here, 1st, I did get an FSR change after obtaining the 3rd Jedi POI, but I also got the 25 badges badge at the same time. Does this mean that maybe the 25 badges is what gave me the FSR change? Unknowen, but a theory that maybe someone else can check, by geting 25 badges through POIs and avoiding the Jedi badges the going back to get them later.

Also, we can now tell, that Surge is not the 5th rank in the list for FSR, but actually the 4th rank.

I will continue my badge collecting and add more info here as I do so, includeing any changes should they show up.

Pretty much this exact thing happened to me. I used one of my "mess aorund" toons AFTER Pub 10 to do all the badges I could. All I had pre-Pub10 was Master Entertainer and Dance Master(neither were holo's as far as I know because I never got a holo to and my /check was at "no sense" beforeI started badge hunting). I started on Naboo, then Tat, then Corelia, Dant, Yavin. By Tat, I was "barely feeling different". When I finished Tat(all but Tusken), I was "faint sense". Through all of Corelia there was no change. No change as well on all of Dant. Had started chatting with someone I met doing the same thing and at about the same point of badges. He however had already hit "surge" on Dant BUT he had been to Exar Kun's already. Decided to try it and SURE ENOUGH...Exar Kun gave me both the last of the 3 Jedi PoI's and got me the 20(explorer) AND MORE IMPORTANTLY...SURGING. One thing everyone needs to remember is that there are two different rewards for badge types. One is for overall badges and the other is for explorer(or hidden loc badges). Also keep in mind that "hard" PoI's do not count as lesser ones.

According to the info on this post (which I now believe is 100% correct) I have 5 content badges to go. This will be difficult as that toon has little combat ability. I keep hearing Nym's is easy so I'll try it first then prolly Reb Theme. Hopefuly I can build up some combat ability by the end of those to be ready for the harder ones.

Try Nym's Themepark. It's the easiest of all themeparks, I did it in 15 minutes.

If that doesn't help, post every single badge or post a screen shot of your badge list, so we can see what is missing.

It really shouldn't require combat skills considering only 12 professions out of the 32 are combat only. It puzzles me why from what we know it requires combat skills.

Looks like I just need to complete Jabba's Themepark. I have already done Valarians Themepark, so it looks to me as if Valarians Themepark does not give any credit as I have 4 badged ones already.
