Pretty much everything I loot could qualify for the worst but...

1 unit of milk from a NS spell weaver.(Don't even want to think about that one.)
1 headwrap(con 10 of 900) from a NS protector.

It could go on and on, but those are the two most recent.

I looted an exceptional Wooden Staff with a Fire dot on mind from a untrained darkside user...the dmg waslike40-85 while the dot was really weakwith a P of 12% and str of 30%++.... the only thing I couldn't figure out was...

do i light it frist to get the dot? or is it done via friction?

Not too sure if those are the correct potency and uses numbers, ill have a screenshot of it soonbut I mean 1 strength!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!

Pretty much my worst loot ever was a clothing attachment ... that's it ... clothing attachment. Can't even laugh at the negative mods it has ... no mods .. just clothing attachment. Did I mention it was off of a NS? Don't remember what level NS tho.

I also looted an uber black polished dh17 carbine with a nasty like 400 str mind poisen but the potency was like 7% and I wasnt certed for it and I was a bounty hunter...fired it at my friend for like 20 mins and the dot wouldnt stick and it did like 1 damage or something. I kept it for a long time hoping it would be magically fixed someday but it wasnt.

I looted 2 exceptional weapons in 1 day off of nightsisters but nothing at all was exceptional about them. Then the next day I looted a exceptional stryker pistol off a sentinal with the stats of a cdef.
