Well last night we crafted 2 helmets in a row on Chilastra. Both came out the same colour (Jango white/blue)
I pose a question to all Mandalorian crafters/owners: Has anyone else crafted more than one piece of mandalorian in a day? If so, did these pieces come out the same colour?
I'm formulating a theory that if one were to collect all 10 PLCs, and all 10 BLs, then craft the whole suit in one day, would it come out the same colour.
Your comments, suggestions please.
it might be the same on 1 run...not 1 day... in which case u might wanna grab 10crafterswith you..lol

Definatly something that needs to be looked at. Although just giving us the radial option for a color change is still easiest way to just make everyone happy and get others intrested in trying the DWB out.

We did two different runs actually, back to back.
Another theory we thought of, was that the colors might cycle differently for each piece, such that no single suit of a whole color can be made in one day. Like day 1 is blue/gray for the hlmet, but red/teal for the R bicep and black/black for the chestplate and so on. Then each successive day the color patterns shift so you have to craft the right pieces on the right day in the right order.

Breaking news everyone. Our problems are solved.
Thread "Post-CU Mandalorian Crafting" http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=armorsmith&message.id=78128#M78128
Mandalorian Schematics will be created in the dwb at terminals, and taken to an armoursmith who can make it as Assault Armour. Same stats as Chitin, Composite, Kashyyykian Hunting, Ithorian Sentinel,Rebel Assault (Factional), Shock Trooper (Factional)

Updates from the mouth of Bilxtev himself. After the CU goes live, all existing mandalorian armour will have a radial menu option where players may choose to turn their helmet into a schematic. This can then be taken to a trusted armoursmith, and crafted with similar stats to all Assault Armour. The craftable BH armour has not been implemented

Well I have a lil info, Today I had a chat with a CSR. A friend of mine and well he informed me if I drop the Mando in my house he will change the colors. Im not sure if this is something that has changed with the fact of CU making it so we are able or if he has just finally decided to give into my plea's.
Anyways those of you with mando on those servers that just went up on TC, whats the deal? Is there a radial option now? Or do you have to take the armor to the RIS quest guy? any info is greatly appreciated.

There is nothing wrong w/ the color set up. The reason thats been given for why you cant set the color is the Devs wanted to encouraged trading of mando pieces to get a matching suit. The problem with that system is the difficulty of the bunker. The only people who train and become good enough on make it usualy are the only ones on their server to do so, and have no one to trade with. I think having to trade to make a matching suit, as was intended, is fine, but the difficulty of the bunker will need to be reduced so there are actualy people for the people that have mando to trade with.
