i invite thunderheart to the chefs forum,to get an accurate list,of the working foods,then rehash this....guide,as it may well be reason enough to fix these longstanding and glaring broken issues that he as a soe employee needs to address.
otherwise the best use of this guide is for bathroom paper

now, you may have been going for a more general list for the combat peeps, but dweezle and the funky juice with the awkward name are both fairly effective, especially when going to kill critters.
