"as soon as I can, I'll let you know whats going on"

It's simple, once you see the skeleton the quest is maked as completed, congrats you have completed the first part of this new epic quest, the next part will come with a future publish.
Don't waste your time trying to find a continuation, it's not there yet.

It's beginning to sound like somebody just wants to sound important/smart and say "haha, I know something you don't".
Maybe I'm wrong, but time will tell. There definitely is more to this quest after finding the skeleton, but whether it's found through further investigation or through waiting for the next update, we'll just have to wait and see.

There's no system message telling you where to go (HINT HINT
), but check your datapad. You'll find a wp called Doctor Vang. I think it's on Tatooine.

I get the mission I go to the downed ship I get the spice and the data pad. I go back to the cantina tells me to see doc, I see doc he tells me to see his friend. I go to wp for his friend I enter the building and my chat box say:
You have completed: <Man Down! : Go talk to Moxxar Krieg >
You have completed: <Man Down! : Too Late >
And there is no one or anything there soes this mean I took to long to do the quest or what?

Look again and you'll see a skeleton, Jyd. That is Moxxar.The gamedoesn't tell you, but you get a datapad from his corpse. Read it then wait for the next installment of this quest.

Exactly. That's why I wasn't sure I was even finished. At least until I looked in journal and saw the whole thing checked off, but then I still wasn't sure because now I have this datapad and no clue what to do!

...and I didn't even go into the final guys house- Just edged up to it (a bunch of nasty reds around) and the next thing you know..poof..."too late" message appears...datapad warningin my inventory...mission done...I guess.
My radar shows a bunch of nasty reds in the house too, so I'm not even going in to see the bones. 
Nothing wrong with the arc so far, cept they forgot to include a better ending message to tease what's to come...
Well that and it's still ANOTHER combat-involved quest, so nothing new for us crafters.
