I got the rare artifact from doing missions for a scientist. The one in Bestine i believe it was. There's one in the Capitol building in Bestine and there are others floating around. I think it was the 4th mission from one that gave me the artifact

you can get the "rare artifact" from any scientist npc, it is a random mission they give you in which you are to retrieve this artifact from someone who stole it. go kill the person who has it, bank it or backpack it, rinse, repeat.

kitster banai is @ -2885 2492 i believe (can't confirm, servers down)

you get the scythe schematic quest from hedon istee @ 1390 3195 (once again, can't confirm exact wp)

Thing's you can steal from NPC's

Criminal- Decorative shisha, BlackSun medalion, Key card, Sith medalion, a few other random things

Bussinessman- Award for sporting Excellence, work light, camera

Scientist - Rare Artifact

More too come......

I apologize for that. My glasses obviously weren't working very well when i posted this. The waypoint should read -2887 2494. Again, I am sorry for the confusion
