HOLSTERS!!! what a great idea! i would love to see holsters for all of the weapons. pistols, carbines, swords, polearms, even vibroknuckler holsters that go on your thigh or something. oh man that would be so cool!! but they have to make sure to have a holster for every weapon or else it won't be fair

I dont like the holster idea as it is useless to about 50% of the professions (ie. those that dont carry a weapon). As opposed to the holocrons which were useless to all professions (whatever your profession was, it would tell you, you needed to grind another one ). The christmas present should either be useful to all or useless to all. I can live with either one

Last years christmas present was a real life saver for me, not only did they have holocrons but you also go the backpack, remember that. I had been playing for about 3 weeks at the time had maybe 30k credits. If you remember way back then speeders had just came out. Well there were boy back packs and girl back packs. Inside was some clothes, a piece of art and in some a speeder bike. Most people just threw them on the bazaar for the 3k without opening them up I guess never knowing that at least half of them had speeders inside. Once I figured this out I bought them up. Sold the clothes for 500k, kept the speeders since mine were constantly being destoryed and saved myself a fortune on transportation, on radiant speeders were still going for about 50k a piece at the time. I thought it was the coolest thing ever.
So this year, I expect that we will have something similiar happen. A pack with some random pieces of clothes in it, some type of decoration for our houses and something to do with space since that is the bigimprovementin the game at themoment, just as speeders were then. Nothing game breaking or even vital for those with a significant amount of time invested into the game but really nice for those who haven't been playing all that long.

Dear Devs !
did you read how many people wish themselves HOLSTERS ?
If not as a christmas present... please bring us Holsters in a patch or somehow.... most people of the community really want those for a long time !

Snow on planets where it makes sense
Ability to make snowballs and have snowball fights
Christmas music for the entertainers
Christmas clothing for the tailors
Christmas "Gift Boxes" (assorted colors and sizes ..can hold 1 item or a stack)
Christmas lights on houses or in trees within city limits

I'd like to see all of those dirty bothans wiped from the Galaxy so that they will no longer try to say that we Rodians are not the dominant species in the galaxy.
RODIANS FOREVER!!!
But seriously, i always like to get stuff like special art, like new paintings/sculptures. maybe limited use crafting schematics for new clothing items that will never be craftable again after those schemes. i do like the holster idea too.

Ummm I'm not sure about any backpacks. They gave us holocrons and a piece of art, but no backpacks. I have 8 characters on 8 different servers and none got backpacks. Some of these characters are still untouched to this day and still have last years' presents on them. One of them is on the same server you're on, and no backpack or speeder.

For Xmas what I would like is;
ALL jedi removing from the servers and placing on two dedicated servers, any player can make a toon there and play there mayeb even let folks quickly get a Jedi, but please for the love of all that is, get rid of the damn Jedi from the main servers.
ALL vets get a second slot for a new toon ona single elected server of their choice. Non vets get an unlock token and if they are still account paying in March, they get a second toon.
These presents would be available to all players who have an active account on 25th Dec 2004, even if they have had a period away from the game (tho vet status applies only to those who have, in total, had an account for more than 6 months)
something like this might make me think about staying until things are balanced, revamped, upgraded, changed - or as I prefer to think of it - FIXED like it should have been in the first place

1.) give entertainers some cristmas songs
2.) Snow across all of dantooine and any other planet where it fits
3.) For one week have the Transport Shuttles at the starports look like santa's sleigh being pulled by paralopes (or some other tye of four legged beast)

Holsters...over the shoulder types, belt types and garter types
And customizable furniture. The same colors over and over again are boring. It should be like composite armor where you can change the color on a whim
