Thread: How to you put colors in your sig?

I skipped page 2, so I don't know if anybody mentioned this, but on this site:

There's a great explanation of how to use all the shadows, blurs, etc... that you see fairly often in people's sigs.

hhehe.. well when you're limited to 9 lines of visible text per sig, it kinda limits the end product in clarity...


oh, and does Rudd (JChace029) know that youve stolen his sig and justchanged the colouring/text a bit?

just refresh your browser mate... the sig is not keyed up to a specific (ie latest post).


notice how all 3 posts have exactly the same sig.. even after you change it?

Okay, here is the sig I made, but it will not show up correctly, it shows the top line and cuts Master heavy swordsman in half and thats all I get.


Any advice to help?

Oh, and how do I get the huge gaps out of the line spacing? I tried removing actual spaces inbetween page breaks in the HTML code but had no luck.

make each line end in a <BR> tag... might be that each line is currently wrapped in <P> tags that is causing the spacing issue.


ie.. line1 sig<br>line2 sig<br>line3 sig<br> rather than <P>line1 sig</P><P>line2 sig</P><P>line3 dig</p>

nope, tried it with </BR> and with nothing between the text lines..it look the same..i took all the</P> out at the beginningso it would fit, its just that some sigs seem to take up more space than mine can..im sure this is due to something put or ot put in the text, i mean look at Vshbaa's sig.. he has at least 7 lines on text and his is the same size as mine with 3 lines, and Dahar's is huge but his is still cut off at some point, its just that some peoples sigs are over 2 inches long on screen,

Finally got mine working a bit better, though there is still one line missing from the bottom.
