30 poi badges including all 3 jedis and the hard ones all have
The librarian
Mark of intelect
totaly more then 50
4 holo proff and 12 mastered to find the blody silent (sish)
Wonder what i miss since i am in " on the road" if i consider your system

Do Nym's themepark and you will be "Glowing". It looks like you just need one more content badge.

As promised last night, I stated I would work on proveing this theory with my wifes toon.
Here is the starting peramiters for my wifes toon, as far as badges and mastered classes are concerned, plus her starting lvl for force sensativity ranking:
FSR = You feel no connection to the Force
Mastered Classes: Weaponsmith (note, was not part of the Holocron grind)
Badges obtained prior and right after patch 10 went live, but done before reading this threed: Librarian Trivia, Theed Waterfall, Bela Vista Fountain, Gungan Sacred Place, Amidalas Beech and Badge Collector 5 Badges
I had attempted to get the Deeja Peak Waterfall POI yesterday before reading this threed, but for some reason, could not and have not been able to get it.
At this point I had decided to go to Tatooin, as a good portion of the propsed badges that are need are there. Upon reachint Tatooin, I activated all the POIs and set out to obtain the closest ones to my entry starport, which happened to be Bestine. I had also decided to do a /check after each POI in order to see if there was a change in FSR, and here is what has happened, in order of POIs visited:
Lars Homestead: FSR check - status raised to -You barely sense something different about yourself - badge count: 8 total badges - 5 POIs, 1 Elite Class Mastery and 2 Misc. badges.
R2-D2 and C-3POs Escape Pod: FSR check - status unchanged from last check - Badge count - 6 POIs, 1 ECM and 2 Misc. Badges
Krayt Dragon Skelaton: (1st Difficult POI badge according to this guid) - FSR check - status raised to - You have a faint sense of the force - Badge count 11 total Badges - 7 POIs, 1 ECM and 3 Misc. Badges
Sarlacc Pit: (2nd DPOI badge) - FSR check - status unchanged - Badge count - 12 Total badges - 8 POIs, 1 ECM and 3 Misc. Badges
Obi-Wans Home: (1st Jedi related POI badge) - FSR check - status unchanged - Badge count - 13 total badges -9 POIs, 1 ECM and 3 Misc. Badges
Lake under Fort Tusken: (3rd DPOI badge) - FSR check - status unchanged - Badge count - 14 total badges - 10 POIs, 1 ECM and 3 Misc. Badges
Krayt Dragon Graveyard: (4th DPOI badge) - FSR check - status unchanged - Badge count - 15 total badges - 11 POIs, 1 ECM and 3 Misc. Badges
So far, as can be seen by the steps I am following, this guid is starting to prove to be true. This then brings up the question, why are certain people doing the samething, have more badges and rateing lower. Here is a theory I have started to formulate, and might be able to be prove true or false by others, that theory is, anyone who started and completed 3 or more of their Holocron classes, are stuck at a certain lvl, until they reach certain new system criteria, OR, the group with which they are placed is finaly allowed to start the Jedi Village quests. Based upon the info at hand, it would appear that I am in group 4 with my toon and must now wait until others move up and out a head of me. This indicates then that people who did not do any Holocrons, or no more then 2, will have a great chance of entering the village before me, as can be seen by the actions of my wifes toon. This doesnt seem fair to me, but if this is what SOE wishes, who are we to argue. The more info we, as the player community can gather the better for us all.
At this time, my wifes toon is on Corellia, and I am prepareing to get the POIs she does not have yet, then head to Dant and get the badges there, since one of the Jedi related badges is there. I will keep updateing this post or add a new one with my progress and any changes.

You don't have to have an elite profession to achieve force glow; I just did it with Marksman and Scout badges (and the badges listed above). FYI.

After completing the 2nd Warren badge I jumped from Faint to Surging. Shouldn't I be at glowing now? The only problem I see is that I may not have mastered a holo or elite profession. Is that what you mean my 1 Profession?
The prof part is supposed to be an elite prof i think

I had all POI badges , Jabba, Rebel, 1 Vette badge, 4 Profession Badges (Marksman, Artisan, Scout, TKM), all 5 tatooine hero quest badges, and librarian when pub 10 went live. When I checked my force status, I was "barely". I completed the compassion warren badge --- still "barely". I completed the second warren badge ---- Glowy! This guide worked for me. I don't know if any of my professions were holos. I found my first holo after pub 9 began.

I just went from Surging to Glowing when I did the second badge for the Warren so it's Surging, then glowing.

corvette rebel, jabba park, rebel park
all jedi poi's
all normal poi's
so going by this if i get nym's and one warren ill be glowing, will have to wait and see i suppose

I have:
3 profession badges, TKM, Master Medic, and Master Doc, none are holos
Nym'
Jabba's
Imp's
Both Warren badges
1 Corvette badge, Neutral Destroy
and I am 5 shy of 45 POI badges.I'm onlymissing the Dath POI badges, save the Lesser Sarlac.
I am only surging. Surging with rage.
In the general chat tonight during the hotfix, someone asked a CSR this same question wondering ifhe was bugged. The CSR replied that he was not bugged and the system was working just as it should be. Which makes me think that maybe even when you have all the "right" badges, you still might not be glowy and that thiscouldpossibly be another 'gate' set up by the devs.

I started Pub 10 with the following setup:
4 Holo-Professions Mastered (Musician, Fencer, Combat Medic, Pikeman)
6 Basic Professions Mastered (after the Holos went silent)
1 Elite Profession (Squad Leader)
1 Additional Profession (Tailor)
1 Content Badge (Nym)
1 Cries of Alderaan Badge
45 POI Badges (All of them)
/checkforcestatus: 'Faint'.
Step 1: Jabba's Theme Park = Faint
Step 2: Librarian Badge = Faint
Step 3: Warren 'Compassion' = Faint
Step 4: Warren 'Hero' = Faint
Step 5: Rebel Theme Park => In progress
So far it does look like you are required to have 5 Content Badges. Everything I'm reading says that anything other than 'Glowing' doesn't mean very much (unless those Content Badges are REALLY heavily weighted). If Rebel Theme Park (Content Badge #5) doesn't make me Glowy I'll come back and rant. Otherwise I'll update you in 24 hours that I'm glowing.
