I'm not totally sure where fencers fit into the fold. I haven't had much experience with fencer in CU.So If any fencer could give input on the role they best fit in a spin group, please leave a reply. For the most part though, I don't see many fencers in spin groups. I've only seen a total of 2 outspoken fencers since CU went live. Or maybe I just wasn't paying attention, when I did see them....lol
Role of the Fencer is as a Mezzer. We stand next to the Tanker and we apply Bleeds, Armor Breaks, KD's (to give the Tanks a short break) as fast as we can. I just keep hitting the Tab key and any creature who's name is Yellow in color, I Mez. then recycle through the group. Just Tab past the "Lair". I never "watch" any of the action because I am covered with corpses.
My other advantage is that in addition to being a Master Fencer, I am also a Master Doc so I can help out in the Heals. But I find most tankers healing themselves, so it has been only in a few rare cases that I've had to heal and it's usually when their HAM is real low or they have been Incapped.
