There is a Loot Revamp in concept at the moment. This is an option it seems the Devs are going to implement. I personally think they are taking the system in a well-traveled direction (been there, done that, all-too-easy). I just wish they would give crafters 90% of the power to produce content. I hate the idea of an expansion releasing the newest uber weapon or weapon schematic. They might have solved the problem of everyone wearing the same armor, but they will still have the problem of everyone of a specific profession using the same weapon.

can the fighter with the codes for the avitar be soloed by a teir 1 pilot? so far useing ALOT of luck and hyperspace jumping skills iv done missions needing teir 3 or 4 but iv never acctualy had to kill anything.
oh and how do i kill the chiss pocher freight to unlock teh hutning grounds? I attack it with everything iv got (ignoring the guards) and it hypers away befor i break through the sheilds

Spend more time piloting. You'll get certed for better stuff.
Option two, bring a friend with big guns.

Can anyone tell me where to find the blackscale flight leader with the codes, I have been all over scanning for him and cant seem to find him. thanks

Boshaz starts the Quest, SW camp, in the back, you have to really get in his face for him to talk to you.
As for the Fighter Leader, I just did it.
I hypered to avatar station and just sat there, kept hittting ' waiting for somethging to come up
Finally found a Blackscale bomber, followed that for a few, then I hit on a Blackscale fighter leader.
Good luck, one of the hardest pilot missions out there, and they didn't have to resort to throwing spawn after spawn after spawn of A-Wings at you.

you have to start the quest by going to the slaver camps and begin a series of quests that take you up to the avatar space platform. 5 or 6 legs into the quest (just before going up to the platform) you recieve the rifle from a wookie named "Ororoo(sp?) The Betrayer".

I found the blackscale pilot leader between the avatar station and imperial station, there was some blackscale fighters teir3 and bombers teir 4 there, I killed a few of them and the leader finally popped out

and what template do you have to ge tthe dps that high...i can get the protonc arb jsut abit higher than that with amster marks amster bh and master carbines

I got the rifle, it's awesome. But uhh... how the hell do you do the avatar? I brought like 4 peeps with me and we just got slaughtered. The only way I could see is to bring a ch.. but those are hard to come by. Does anyone know what you get for doin the avatar?
Btw, there is a bug where if you go on a multi passenger ship and bring peeps with you and go onto the avatar, only the pilot can leave. Eject to Kashyyyk is buged, launch ship doesn't do anything. /eject doesn't do anything and /unstick makes it even worse (just trust me). My group had to get a csr to warp us back to corellia (cept for the pilot).
